Description
The Indian Creek Recreation Area is located just East of The Needles District of Canyonlands National Park. It is famous for it's world-class rock climbing, and Newspaper Rock which is a truly fascinating petroglyph panel. I took this shot when I was driving to the southern end of Salt Creek in the fall of 2014, for a four-night solo backpacking trip in the National Park.
